Complete legal terms governing your use of xbajie

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the xbajie website accessible at xbajie.bio and all associated pages, services, and products offered therein.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the xbajie registration process.
• "Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance associated with a User's Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by xbajie to a User under specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use xbajie, you must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. xbajie may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.

2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. xbajie shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information.

2.3 Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. xbajie uses technical measures including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

2.4 You must not register or use xbajie on behalf of another person, or allow any other person to use your Account. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

2.5 By registering, you confirm that you are accessing xbajie of your own free will, that participation in online betting and gaming is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are not using xbajie in a restricted territory where such services are explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

3 Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. xbajie strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbajie immediately at [email protected]. xbajie will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

3.3 xbajie will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to xbajie immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 xbajie accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of available payment methods is subject to change. The current minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. xbajie reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xbajie processes withdrawal requests during operating hours; standard processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to identity verification completion.

4.4 xbajie does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which xbajie accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the Account has an outstanding identity verification requirement, an active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity under investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 xbajie offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements count differently across game categories: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated per promotion.

5.3 Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain in the Account after the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. xbajie will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 xbajie reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only. xbajie may exclude users from promotions or apply altered wagering requirements where it determines that a user's betting pattern is inconsistent with recreational play.

5.5 Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated. Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible user. Users who have previously held an xbajie Account — regardless of any gap in activity — are not eligible for new-user welcome bonuses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on xbajie are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct price at the time of bet placement, xbajie reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price.

6.2 xbajie casino games, including live casino tables, slots, and crash games, are powered by certified third-party Game Providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently verified random number generation (RNG) algorithms. xbajie does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the user's Wallet.

6.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types on xbajie. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. xbajie may apply individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

6.4 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform may not be cancelled by the user unless an explicit cash-out or bet edit feature is offered for that specific market. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming a wager.

7 Prohibited Uses and Fraud Prevention

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajie and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in game logic or pricing to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process illicit funds, or circumvent financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.

7.2 xbajie employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and relevant agencies to identify and act on suspicious activity. Users suspected of prohibited activity may have their accounts frozen immediately while an investigation is conducted.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 xbajie is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered users with the following self-management tools, accessible from the Account settings panel after login: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 xbajie provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or downtime. xbajie shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajie's total liability to any individual user arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Governing Law and Disputes
